The children’s ministry of the Riverside Park Church of God seeks to:

1. Guide and nurture children through love
2. Give  instruction at their level of understanding
3. Instruct principles of safety and courtesy
4. Model preparedness and patience into a love for Jesus and acceptance of Him in their heart.

Classes specific to this age group are offered Sundays at 10:30am and Wednesdays at 7:00pm.

Other activities that are offered throughout the year that our children look forward to

• Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a fun-filled weekend program geared especially for children to help them learn about who Jesus is.
• Outing with the pastor; this involves anything from spending a few hours at the park, eating at a local restaurant, or watching a movie together. 
• All church picnic where adults and children spend time enjoying good food and playing games.
• Grandkamp: where grandparents and their grandchildren spend a weekend at one of our state Church of God campgrounds.
